This session will be designed to shift you from confusion or overwhelm to your own inner, embodied clarity in one area of life.

We will spend time unpacking the current confusion and then Catherine will guide you through a series of embodied practices until you have found your own intuitive clarity. 

These sessions usually last about 90 minutes, sometimes as long as two hours.
